The third section of The Man Who Made History focusses on World War I. This is another very significant part of the documentary as his work with composite photography reaches a new level. The self-discoveries made during the war lead to further detachment from society, and we get a deeper view into Hurley's personal life through his courtship and marriage. The analysis is here.
