We concluded our texts about identity transformation by watching Sister Act. This ticked off our popular culture aspect of the course and is certainly a big departure from Ovid's poem about metamorphosing. Always great to watch this classic comedy, and there are so many examples of transformation, from Sister Mary Clarence, to Mother Superior and even the neighbourhood itself.
